Refund Policy

House of India is committed to providing exceptional service and satisfaction to all our customers. We strive to ensure that every dining experience with us is enjoyable and meets or exceeds your expectations. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Refunds for Food Orders:

    • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the food you have ordered, please notify us immediately.
    • We will investigate the issue promptly and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  2. Refunds for Catering Orders:

    • For catering orders, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event may incur a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the circumstances.
    • Refunds for catering orders will be issued in the original form of payment.
  3. Refunds for Gift Cards:

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • In case of loss or theft of a gift card, please contact us immediately. We may be able to issue a replacement, subject to verification.
  4. Refunds for Reservation Deposits:

    • For reservations requiring a deposit, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may forfeit the deposit, unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Refunds for Events and Special Promotions:

    • Tickets purchased for special events or promotions are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
    • In case of event cancellation by House of India, refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
